How to plan your exercise program

When playing sports, your body needs more energy. Movement is the best way to lose weight. Losing weight is only a math problem.

Get rid of fat with interval training

The best way to get rid of extra pounds is through interval training. It’s the practice of three or more types of exercises in one session. When you exercise, you may have some tired muscles. When muscles become fatigued, you will not be able to make effort in performing the exercises. But if you work more muscle groups in turn, it will make the task harder and therefore burn more calories.

During the session you can do cardio exercises easier or at a higher pace. Exercises done at a slower level must be made continuously for about 45 minutes in an hour. They are good for the wrists and burn more fat than carbohydrates. The fast exercises are more intense and involve quick explosive movements such as sprinting. This type of exercise at a very high metabolism rate should be practiced for 20-30 minutes in one session.

Try both methods and see which is better for you. If one method does not work for you, try the other one. Or try them both.

On average, aerobics, swimming, cycling and tennis are just as effective in burning calories, although the success of each sport is closely related to the effort. On the other hand, other types of sport activities burn only half the calories burned by sports mentioned above. But progress can be more pleasant for many people. Other excellent forms of exercise are running or jogging on the tape. If you want better results, consider jumping rope or sprinting. They are intense exercises that work extremely well.
