Cellulite is the enemy of all women. None of them are excluded from its issue, but some women are more at risk of being hit by the ugly orange peel than others. If you’re at war with this enemy, here are some natural remedies that can help you!
Cellulite can occur for various reasons and can get quite unpleasant looking, enough that you do not ever come to wear shorts, skirts and swimwear.
1. Sugar and oil massage
Mix 3 parts baby oil and 1 part sugar in a bowl. Do not use too much, but enough for a single use. Before you take a shower, massage the areas affected by cellulite with this mixture: massage stimulates blood circulation; sugar exfoliates your skin and leaves it soft and silky due to the baby oil.
2. Massage with coffee
Cellulite creams often contain caffeine, so coffee would be one of the best natural products with effect on cellulite! Mix coffee grounds with olive oil, so that you get a paste. Apply the mixture on affected areas, let it act a few minutes (possibly covering those portions with plastic sheeting for a greater effect), then rinse with water.
3. Ivy oil massage
This massage should be done every day after showering. To get the oil of ivy, you need a handful of fresh ivy leaves, 200 ml of wheat germ oil and 2 drops of rosemary oil. Put ivy leaves in a jar, pour the oil and wheat germ and let them soak for 2 weeks in a warm place. At the end of this period, filter everything through a sieve and add the rosemary oil. Apply ivy oil, stored in a bottle, on the affected areas and massage with circular powerful movements.
Because external treatment of cellulite is more effective if accompanied by an internal one, here are some remedies in the form of teas and meals:
1. Dandelion Tea
Put 1-2 teaspoons of dried dandelion in a cup of hot water, let them 10 minutes, then strain the tea, add a slice of lemon and drink it unsweetened.
2. Herbal tea
Another good tea for fighting cellulite is one that combines black currant leaves and leaf ash. Boil 1 liter of water, add 10 g of currant leaves and 10 g of ash leaves and leave them to infuse. After 15 minutes, strain the tea and drink three cups of tea every day on an empty stomach.
Make a tasty salad of dandelion leaves, watercress, green onions, green garlic or dill. Choose young papaya leaves before flowering, wash them well and combine them with a sauce made from 2 tablespoons olive oil, one tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and little water.
