Stay in shape with a healthy diet

There are three golden rules of a healthy diet, specialists say.

Farewell sedentary. According to nutritionists, movement is essential if we want to lose weight.
Every day we have to do sport. Even a half hour walk a day helps weight loss.

Hydration. Advertising spots say that every day should consume at least two liters of liquid. This is not quite correct. “Liquid” is a much too vague term. Thus, for smooth functioning of the body and to achieve visible results when it is appropriate to keep a diet, people need to drink at least 1.5 – 2 liters of water per day.

Diversification. Regarding proper diet, nutritionist argues that the meals should contain as much diversified food as possible. Unfortunately, our food is extremely limited, although we think that the stores shelves are full of all sorts. These rules will take away the millennium diseases, including obesity and diabetes, nutritionists consider.

Here is a list of five of the most appropriate foods for healthy nutrition: Firstly, the first two places are occupied by fresh fruits and vegetables. To prolong our life we should eat more of these, because they contain enzymes necessary for the proper functioning of the body. On the 3rd place, white meat, especially fish and turkey, whole grains and, last but not least, water. Although on the last place in this ranking, hydration is very important. But it also tells us that when we start a diet to lose weight, you should drink plenty of water, even when we are hungry.

All weight loss diets start with” no “. Do not eat that, do not eat that. But it is all about what we should eat, not what we shouldn’t. After a drastic diet, which anyway people cannot follow for a  long time because of the restrictions, if we lose weight, the lost kilos will be soon to come back, but if we approach a balanced diet which in time becomes a way of life, we feel comfortable and stay in shape.

Usually, after 16:00 o’clock there is a need to eat something sweet. That’s because the blood glucose decreases and the body begins to quiver, calling for an adjustment. This is a trick that nutritionists recommend especially to women: if they integrate something sweet in their breakfast, preferably something home-made, and also meet the day’s fruit necessary (a sweet fruit in the first half of the day and something more sour in the second half of the day), this need disappears.

Chocolate, cakes, sweet drinks and other sweets which are all very close in hand and thus their consumption becomes dangerous for health and figure.

This is why it is recommended that the intake of calorie came from foods rich in nutrients, photochemical substances, fiber and vitamins, vital to good health. Nutritionists advise that sugar should not be more than 10% of daily calories, but this ratio does not include milk or fruit sugars, but sugar, honey or fructose.

Sedentary adults and people trying to lose excess weight must limit the amount of sugar added at 40-45 grams per day, which corresponds to 160-180 kcal / day.
